2. Eligibility

  • We may warn, suspend, or permanently remove accounts that violate these standards, at our discretion, to keep the community safe.

5. Photos & Content

  • You must own the rights to any photo or content you upload, and it must be an accurate, appropriate representation of yourself.
  • We may remove content that violates these Terms or that we determine is inappropriate for a family-oriented matrimony platform.

6. Membership & Payments

  • Core features of ShadiTerminal are free to use. We may introduce optional paid membership tiers in the future; pricing and features for any paid plan will be clearly disclosed before you're charged.

7. No Guarantee of Outcome

  • ShadiTerminal is an introduction platform, not a guarantee of a match, relationship, or marriage. You're responsible for exercising your own judgment — including safety precautions — in every interaction with other members. See our Safety Tips page for guidance.

8. Termination

  • You may deactivate or delete your account at any time by contacting us.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or unsafe behavior, or pose a risk to other members.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • ShadiTerminal is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the conduct of any member, on or off the platform, or for any damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ShadiTerminal after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
